Flatbreads

Fired up the wood oven for some appetizers, before a wedding dinner. Various pizza and flatbread with the sourdough crust.  Tomatoes from the garden of course, Arugula Pesto, Soppresata, Reggiano, Roasted sweet onion, etc...      Tasty, no leftovers.

Another happy couple ties the knot at Ship Bay on Orcas Island.

First Few Tomatoes

Another Saturday wedding.  Perfect weather, everything worked out very well, happy guests, newly weds off to Kaui for a week or so.  Annie made a very nice cake.  It tasted as good as it looked.

Picked a few tomatoes today.  maybe enough to find a small place on the menu tonight.  Lots of arugula from the garden and the basil is on.  We will be pulling fava beans this week and we have started to harvest and dry fennel pollen.
